The loaf blends fresh-milled wheat flour to produce a tender crumb that cradles an abundance of Thompson, Flame, and Golden Raisins; Zante Currants; Pecans, and, just a whisper of Rosemary. Canadian Maple Syrup adds a hint of sweetness to the loaves, which are rolled in Pumpkin, Flax, and Sesame Seeds that lend a savory, earthy, and nutty crunch. Experienced together, it’s a simple homage to small bites that seek bliss.
