This loaf is 100% made from grains grown in Central Oregon that I mill in-house. It’s a “True Local” Sourdough that features Red & White Wheats grown by friends at Rainshadow Organics and Bozarth Family Farms, located near Terrebonne and Culver, respectively. The loaf is a hearty, near whole grain offering; decidedly wheat forward with a earthy, almost soulful tang. Central Oregon terroir at it’s finest. Anyone who enjoys OG (Original Grain) Sourdough: Emmer or Ancient Grain Sourdough: Spelt-Wheat will find a friend in this Bread.
