To me, Traditional Rye Breads are other-wordly; humble tours de force of flavor and texture that interweave present experiences with rustic nostalgia of seemingly far away times and places.  My Traditional Rye Offerings are rooted primarily in breads from Denmark, Germany, Russia, with plenty of homage to other rye loving regions across Eastern Europe. I blend Oregon Grown, freshly milled rye chops, rye meal, and whole rye flour with various other seeds, malts, and spices. My loaves offer tooth, texture, and surprisingly tender crumb that delivers a depths of savor, often punctuated with an almost effervescent tingle.  My Traditional Ryes are best enjoyed thinly sliced, and accompanied with goat cheeses, sauerkrauts, or other supporting players that offer a funk of flavor.

No substitutions, alternate dates, or pick up locations are possible.
